2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be 18 to create an account. You possess total responsibility for keeping your credentials secure and for every activity occurring under your registered profile.
3. Products, Availability, Pricing, Taxes, Payment and Order Acceptance
For Bread’s Sake Mini Pods at 4 oz (113 g) are subject to stock. We can adjust prices or fix errors. Payment is required at checkout. Confirmations do not verify final sale.
4. Refrigerated Mail-Order Delivery and Prompt Retrieval and Refrigeration
- Our goods arrive in cold-insulated boxes. You must collect them fast. These spreads must stay chilled to remain safe for your bread, bagels, and savory toast creations.
5. Returns Under the Returns and Refunds Policy
Because these treats are perishable, all purchases are final. See the Returns Policy for specific help with damaged For Bread’s Sake Mini Pods at 4 oz (113 g) shipments.
6. Inspection, Food Safety and Allergens
Check your order fast. Goods may touch allergens. Read labels before spreading on toast. For Bread’s Sake is not liable for reactions to these snack-focused spreads.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content, including brand assets, is the property of For the Sake of Bread LLC and is protected by all applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
8. Home Table Use Only, Not Commercial Food Service
Our Mini Pods are for personal enjoyment on baked goods. They are not for resale or for use in professional kitchens or restaurants without our express written permission.

We utilize external payment and shipping partners. Your interaction with these third-party entities is subject to their own unique legal terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability as Allowed by Law
To the full extent of the law, For Bread’s Sake provides goods 'as is.' Our liability limit is restricted to the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to protect For Bread’s Sake from any legal claims, losses, or costs resulting from your misuse of the site or any breach of these established rules.
